Accessibility.

Our commitment

We want every architect, client and family to be able to use this site, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we check the site with automated tools and by hand as we add to it.

What the site does

  • If your device asks for reduced motion, the scroll animations and 3D are replaced by still images.
  • The pages and the enquiry form work without JavaScript.
  • Every image has a text description, and decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
  • Every link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content, and headings mark the structure of each page.
  • The cookie banner, the 360° viewer and the full-screen image viewer work with a keyboard (arrow keys, Esc).

Known limitations

  • Spec sheet PDFs and CAD drawings are technical documents and may not be fully readable by screen readers. Ask us and we will send the information in another format.
  • The 360° turns and 3D scenes are visual. The same information is in the product text, the spec table and the spec sheet.

Tell us

If something is hard to use, or you need information in another format, tell us through the enquiry form (start your message with “Accessibility”). We will reply and fix what we can.
