LandCraft designs and builds timber play structures in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Questions about your information go to our Privacy Officer through the contact form.
What we collect
What you type into our forms: quote requests, CAD downloads, installation drawing requests and the newsletter. That’s usually your name, email, firm and project details. If you accept analytics cookies, we also see how the site is used, such as pages visited, clicks and the type of device.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare quotes, send drawings and spec sheets, arrange installation, send the newsletter if you signed up, and improve the site. We never sell your information and never use it for advertising.
Sharing
We use trusted service providers that host the site, deliver our email and run analytics. Some are outside Canada, mainly the US.
Keeping it, and your rights
We keep information only as long as we need it. You can ask to see or correct your information, or withdraw your consent, through the contact form. If you have a concern, contact our Privacy Officer and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

- Safeguards. We protect information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and limited, password-protected access.
- Children. This site is for businesses and professionals and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect children’s information.
- Other websites. Sites we link to have their own privacy policies.
- Changes. We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
