Terms.

Using this site

This site is run by LandCraft, Chilliwack, British Columbia. By using it, or downloading its spec sheets and drawings, you agree to these terms.

Information can change

Specs, finishes, colours and prices can change. Confirm them on the current spec sheet and in a written quote before you specify or order. Images marked “Render” are illustrations, and colours on screen are approximate.

Safety

Every structure is designed to meet CSA Z614 and ASTM F1487. Install only to current LandCraft instructions, with resilient safety surfacing in the full use zone, and inspect and maintain it as the maintenance documents describe.

Our content

Text, renders, drawings, photos and the LandCraft name and logo belong to LandCraft. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

CAD drawing licence

  • Use LandCraft drawings and spec sheets only to plan, specify and present LandCraft products, and share them with your project team for that.
  • Don’t use them to fabricate, copy or reproduce the design.
  • Check dimensions and use zones on site, and follow current installation instructions.
  • LandCraft isn’t responsible for site conditions, surfacing, or installation by others.

Liability and law

The site and its files are provided as they are, and our liability is limited as far as the law allows. Product warranties are on the warranty page. These terms follow the laws of British Columbia.

Full terms
  1. 1. Not professional advice. Information on this site is general. It isn’t engineering, design or legal advice for your site. Site plans, foundations, use zones and surfacing must be checked by the qualified professionals responsible for each project.
  2. 2. Supervision and care. Play structures need adult supervision suited to the age of the children using them. The owner is responsible for regular inspection and maintenance, as set out in the maintenance documents supplied with every order.
  3. 3. No warranty on the site. The site, its information and its downloads are provided “as is”, without any promise that they are complete, current or error-free. Product warranties are only those on our warranty page and in your order documents.
  4. 4. Limit of liability. As far as the law allows, LandCraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (such as lost profits or delays) arising from the site or its files, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid LandCraft for the product or service concerned.
  5. 5. Your responsibility. If you misuse the site, its drawings or its content, or break these terms, you are responsible for the resulting claims and costs, and you agree to compensate LandCraft for them.
  6. 6. Quotes and orders. Prices and availability are confirmed only in a written quote. Orders are governed by the quote and its terms; nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
  7. 7. Fair use. Don’t try to break into, overload or copy the site in bulk, and don’t send spam or false information through its forms.
  8. 8. Other websites. Links to other websites are for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.
  9. 9. Law and courts. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be decided in the courts of British Columbia.
  10. 10. If part doesn’t apply. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
  11. 11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page applies.
